Featured Artist: KBrownPottery

KBrownPottery's ceramic work is unexpectedly lyrical, celebrating beautiful form just as much as function. I really like this Blue Spiral Vase: http://bit.ly/1y2hwi

Karen the artist says: "My clay work is a response to a lifetime observing in the garden. I work in white stoneware and red earthenware to make riffs on natural forms the way a jazz artist reworks a musical theme. Even when working several piece in the same form each one is a different evolution of the idea. Most of my work is thrown on a potter's wheel and then altered and decorated by hand and glazed with my own glazes."
